A good apartment with a few issues
equipped kitchen spacious apartment smoke odour slow response
The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything I needed to prepare meals. The location is excellent. It is close to transportation and local attractions.
The room had a noticeable smell of smoke. It was apparent upon entering the hallway. I had difficulty getting a response before my arrival regarding a room change.. The lifts also had a distinct smoke odour.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments
slow room service bathroom fixture
The location was indeed very convenient.
I found the room service slow. My breakfast order took over an hour to arrive one morning. The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. The showerhead dripped constantly, and the sink had a noticeable crack.

faulty remote limited teas insufficient lighting
The television remote in my room did not function correctly. I requested assistance, yet the issue persisted throughout my stay. furthermore, i found the selection of teas in the room to be quite limited. i expected a greater variety of high-quality options for a hotel of this calibre. the lighting in the bathroom was also insufficient for shaving.

excellent knightsbridge stay
convenient location well-equipped kitchen comfortable bed
I found the location superb, being very close to harrods. It made shopping easy. the apartment was well-equipped, including the kitchen facilities i needed. the bed was also very comfortable, it ensured a good night's sleep.
the price seemed a bit high.

the apartments are well-kept and regularly cleaned. the hotel offers comfortable facilities and i found the staff cute. the building has a lot of charm and the location is perfect, steps away from harrods.
